Vintage 18ct Sapphire and Diamond dress ring
This pretty vintage ring features a central faceted oval blue Sapphire surrounded by 10 single cut diamonds. Circa 1970
The stones are set in 18ct white gold and the band and upswept shoulders are 18ct yellow gold.
The crown sits approximately 1cm off the band and the oval shape is 1.2cm high.
Stamped 18ct to the inside of the band.
