Antique Edwardian 18ct Gold and Diamond Buckle Ring
This stylised buckle ring symbolised holdfast fidelity, a popular sentiment in Victorian jewellery that carried through to the Edwardian period and beyond.
The buckle is set on a plain rich yellow gold band set with two old mine cut diamonds.
The half round tapered band is Hallmarked for Birmingham 1906.
In good condition with sound settings commensurate with age.

The half round band is 4.5 mm graduated to 2.15mm at the back.
Stones : Old cut stones (2) 3.25mm estimated in the setting.
