Theres an added detail to the interior of a platinum sleeve which requires a high level of craftsmanship. 

The platinum interior of the tapered half round band is stamped 18 KT and PLAT. A skilfully handcrafted, quality ring. A perfect pinky ring or stacker for those with tiny fingers.

Possibly a vintage adaption of an earlier piece, this ring is in excellent condition.
