An incredibly stylish Vintage ring with a natural rich blue oval 0.75ct sapphire surrounded by an array of round cut brilliant and baguette diamonds set in white gold.
The raised basket setting with upswept shoulders lifts the stones to a level that accommodates a wedding band sitting alongside.
The band is flat parallel and stamped 18K.
