An elaborately engraved 9ct rose gold front and back locket.

Each side is surrounded by a plain border. One side is covered by a riot of floriated scrolls the other side has a more geometric design vaguely reminiscent of Celtic symbols.

The interior has the original double picture frame fittings in place and the hinge is sound.

The original facetted chain loop is firmly attached.

This piece is in excellent condition, commensurate with age.
