A very pretty rose gold locket Hallmarked for Chester 1908.

The locket is ornately engraved with scrolls, ivy leaves and coiled ferns.

The front has a central shield shaped cartouche that can be personalised with initials.

Amongst the fully engraved back is the Hallmark and the makers mark A &J.

The interior has 2 picture spaces, one of which has a perspex cover and the original gold frame intact. 

The hinge is sound and the locket closes securely.
