A very fine antique French 18ct gold photo or reliquary locket or pendant.

The French mark of an Eagles Head is noted.

The bale is comprised of a screw that opens the 2 crystal panels so that a photograph, lock of hair or any memento can be inserted.

The gold border is decorated with a cross ribbon design.

The crystal front and back are faceted around the edge.

The crystal surfaces have a very few minimal and insignificant markings, in very good antique condition.
