A striking Antique Sterling Silver fob medallion Hallmarked for Chester 1919.

The top of the award medallion is embellished with 2 crowns and the perimeter is in the form of a stylised belt and buckle.

The belt and buckle was a popular Victorian piece of symbolism used to represent steadfast commitment.

The central rose gold shield is plain to allow for this piece to be customised with engraved initials or monograms.

The back is also plain apart from a set of crisp Hallmarks denoting Chester 1919.

A good sized jump ring attaches to the very top allowing it to be suspended to a swivel or chain.

Originally intended to be an accessory for a gentleman’s fob or pocket watch chain, these award medallions translate well into modern times as an interesting pendant.
