A substantial Antique Sterling Silver graduated curb link Albert/fob chain.

This piece is an amalgamation of 2 separate curb link sections connected by the original dog clips.

All silver links, dog clips and the t bar have stamps and silver marks.

Originally part of a gentleman’s costume used to attach a pocket watch to a waist coat and pocket, these striking chains have come into vogue as a beautiful and wearable piece of antique jewellery.

This piece has the addition of 3 antique silver coins, one 1855 four pence, one 1887 sixpence and earlier coin with worn markings.

The t bar is stamped for Birmingham1902.

In very good condition.
