This is a highly collectible 18ct gold moonstone horseshoe brooch by Tuck Chang.

Tuck Chang produced high quality export ware for the International market incorporation Western aesthetics into his designs.

He worked in Shanghai from around 1870 through to the 1920’s adn produced fine quality silver ware for Export and rarely gold jewellery.

This horseshoe motif was highly favoured by the Victorians and is a symbol of good luck and prosperity.
